So, I finally beat the game on Insanity. Woot! 3 Banshees and 8 Brutes will not stop this Shepard!

But, when I got to the Memorial Wall Cutscene, There seem to have been some issues or something...

Samantha Traynor isn't in the scene and Garrus for whatever reason disappeared for the scene, even though he just stepped out of the Normandy a few moments ago.

Also, for whatever the reason, Liara seems to have replaced my LI again.. Er....Liara, I never took you on missions, never talked to you more than needed for the game to progress, took Kaidan, Garrus, and James on EVERY Mission. Why are you putting my name up. Haven't you replaced my LI/Bros enough?

I bet she killed Garrus just to make sure she'd put my name up.

Any idea on what went wrong somewhere. Minor things compaired to the game being unplayable or something but I would appreceate some idea on how to fix it as the Catalyst isn't getting fixed anytime soon.

Hmm... I thought Liara puts Shep's name up because she did the history of shep keepsakes hidden around the galaxy.

I'll have to pull out my Ashely LI to see if it changes.

Also, the memorial wall is sometimes not complete. Richard L. Jenkins is often not on the wall, even if he was earlier in the game.
