Where do you get Evon the Great Mail?

From Wade's shop before you hand in any drake or dragon scales. I believe Herrin offers Evon the Great's Mail and the Felon's Coat after you complete two treaty quests. It is expensive though. Around 107 gold if memory serves.

Unfortunately the "trick" doesn't work with the Felon's Coat + Wade's Superior Drakeskin Gloves & Boots.

Hmm, try "Wade's Superior Heavy Dragonscale Armor", it uses the same value for ITEM_SET as Evon the Great's Mail (both 29), whereas "Wade's Superior Dragonbone Plate Armor" uses 30.

The only thing that Evon's thingy lacks is some nice look. I hate heavy chainmail looks...
