Is the Genesis DLC worth getting for PC if you lost your ME 1 save and don't want to replay it, but don't want to download a save on the interwebs because you are not really sure just by reading what choices you made?
If I see the choice laid out for me, Ill remember what choice I made, but if I read it, it doesn't always click. But if the Genesis DLC isn't worth anything I may just bite the bullet and replay 1 again.
Just bought 3 but realized I don't remember much from two (lost my save anyway) but was never fond of 1 so trying to find viable ways around playing without ruining too much of the shepard development experience.
Thanks in advance^_^

I've watched Genesis on YouTube and don't think it's something that I'd pay money for, though I'd treat you situation as the perfect excuse for replaying the first game which I really enjoyed. But if you really don't want to then a free alternative to Genesis is the Gibbed ME2 save editor. It won't show the condensed story form which means you may need to read a walkthrough or a summary of the ME1 story, but the big advantage will be that you can set things up that Genesis skips over completely, e.g. the Feros mission results and various sidequests. Probably these won't make a significant difference to the overall ME2+3 but will add things that may add to the detail of your game.
