An antagonist is someone who works against the protagonist; it has nothing to do with 'good' or 'evil.'

Therefore you could be a Tevinter Blood Mage who kills people left and right to expand the Tevinter empire and still be the protagonist, anyone else who works against your ideals/beliefs/motivations are an antagonist.

That being said, yes I want to be the Big Bad in DA3. I really hope there is an option for that in the next game. However I'm not too sure how it'll work out. Wanna be a Tevinter Mage though and wage war on the Free Marches and all over.
