Hello, I'm new to modding and don't really know what to do. I just got a pc version of Dragon Age: Origins (I know I'm late to this party) and I would like to use mods. So far I downloaded and installed the DAmodder and it works fine, but I can't get the Mod manager to work at all after I download it. The only mods I have active are "more hairstyles" and "mild sex sences"

The two mods I really want to get are: DAII: Grey warden armor, and JB3 Textures. But the files don't seem to work with DAmodder because they are not ZIP or DAZIP right?

JB Textures you have to copy in the override folder (Documents\\Bioware\\Dragon Age\\packages\\core\\override , be sure to only put ONE of the optional folders, remember that the DAmodder only installs DAZIPs, for the rest you probalby have to put them in the above override folder, but please READ THE READ ME FILES BEFORE INSTALLING, thats why they are called Read Me, beyond that I cant recomend Quest and Legends, Ser Gilmore Companion, Broken City, Fragments of Ferelden and the Carrion Birds, be sure to check the Nexus Top Rated Files if you are looking for something elese you want, if youd like to you can pm me if youre want to know if a specific mod exists.

cant recomend the enough I mean, first chance you get download the Quest and Legends and the other mods

Thank you for your help. I have been messing around  with the a few mods now and I think I am getting the hang of it.

The real fact is that we try to deal with the OFFICIAL parts of the game in here, gamer to gamer.  Mods and coverage of them rightfully BELONG where they were planned to be discussed by Bioware, in one or another of the forums HERE:
