i bought the cerberus network some time ago
but i didn't received any email.
it says they sent an email, but i didn't received it.
my email is correct, everything is fine, but no code, any dlc i have gave me a code by email, i want to know if there is a way to recover the code

I got exactly the same issue - I could download the cerberus network dlc content but I can't use it without the cerberus code

I hope the following isn't true: http://www.qj.net/qj...ft-in-2011.html

if yes - they should at least have warned us and made the content available nevertheless

a few hours ago I became a confirmation of purchase email but there's also no code for the network

what a pity :/

when looking under "https://social.bioware.com/user_entitlements.php" (registered game content)

there's also no code being displayed

help ?

I got an order number for proof (it's displayed after the purchase) but I doubt that that number will work with the network - I'll give it a try ...

ok, the code wasn't needed at all - I simply registered my Mass Effect 2 game here

on the left side hover over "My Games" -> then click on "Mass Effect 2 - PC" Click here to register game

you'll need to enter you ME2 key - after that log in in-game with your associated EA-Account

and it should work
