Hello,

Ever since I bought ME3 (pre-ordered, standard edition) the game has had issues importing both of my characters (male and female) faces. The faces that are imported look vastly different. I waited for two patches (maybe more) and have even downloaded the Extended Cut DLC meaning my game is up to date.

Despite all of these patches, my characters faces will still not import. I have tried a few different 3rd party fixes. Some give similar results, some were worse, some were slightly better. But none of them get my characters look correct, from things to face shape to eye color.

My characters were both created in ME1, and then imported into ME2 with no changes made to their appearance in ME2. I never used any mods with ME1/2 so everything on my characters are default.

I am wondering what else I can try to import my character's faces?
