Your issue is not really trelated to the ME3 game. This is a site issue and you'll have a better chance getting a proper answer in the appropriate forum: social.bioware.com/forum/1/category/6/index

Have you tried different browsers? I had no problems downloading it in Firefox with the Download Them All plugin.
