I..what.. why do you keep calling it Yaoi do you know what Yaoi is? And it's not a Yaoi game what are you even talking about... homosexuality in the games is not a HUGE issue it's not what the game is about. Also don't even get me started on that whole Hepler thing. She was right, people were insulting her in the grossest ways, i totally understand her being mad.

Bioware giving people wrong impression that it's fans crafted stories not Bioware's crafted stories. Pampering the ego's of the fanbase over the years which has led to the entitlement, threating and vile nature of the current community whenever anything they do not like is said or done. They spoiled the community which has led to a state of spoiled children running rampage. If imagine Bioware was a parent and said child is allowed a dog, this community as such a child would throw a hissy fit and tantrum and demand a pony. Where if they do not agree with a group or a persons ideas that it means to that group or person they do not listen, that they hate them and that there is some grand conspiracy when in reality they did listen and simply just did not agree. So out of all the years been here, Bioware's biggest blunder is allowing the community to become spoiled due to misleading and ego pumping PR statements.

I am going to have to disagree. One Bioware was not making products so people can like for free. They made products to customers not fans and gave the customers what they wanted so they can make money and sold the products for a profit. I know we have new writers and directors at the helm taking over things and now EA pays them and not we the customer pays Bioware they only care about appeasing EA no ust the customer which means they have certain staff members talk down to customers.

I am speaking of course to Hepler, Gaidor, Woo, and Flynn who has often themselves sparked huge controversies. After Hepler used profanity and went off making a couple tweets insulting the user base the gaming media went ahead and defended her because Bioware has been promoting Yaoi man on man content.

Any business you're going to market a product and make a product so it can sell. Problem is Bioware lost track of that because daddy (EA) has been funding their new projects which have turned into a Yaoi Game.  Even SWTOR seems to be made for and catered for a minority of hardcore gamers and Bioware has been relucant in adding features to draw in the casuals. This in turn caused Big Daddy EA to lay down the law and fire 200+ Bioware employees.

Nobody hates BioWare more than their fans.

I know Bioware has been pushing this word, "fans" a lot but remember we are customers.

Think what you like, but the fact of the matter is the quality of bioware's games have always been inflated. Anyone who liked the precious installments of Dragon Age or Mass Effect are guilty of it. However, you can't honestly look back and say that their work was something phenomenal or unprecedented. With that in mind, I think Bioware delivered exactly what should've expected of them.

I don't expect Bioware to deliver a revolutionary product every time. All I expect of them is to consistently deliver a game that will entertain me. For that matter, I didn't really mind Dragon Age 2 despite being a lesser title than it's predecessor, but Mass Effect 3 was such a massive screw up that I (and many others) felt the need to voice my displeasure.

I think at this point when Dragon Age 2 was being made and most of the staff who made Bioware left Gaidor, Hepler and other staff members sat down and decided not to make a game that would sell and target the gaming community. Instead they choose to do something they felt is art. When you actually listen to the infamous Hepler Dragon Age 2 interview she speaks as if she intended to write a Yaoi novel.

Your making massive assumptions for example "decided not to make a game that would sell and target the gaming community", what on earth are you babbling about? Noone sits down and makes something they know won't sell because noone knows if game will sell well or bad until it is in the market place actually selling. All they can do is make the games they want to make and simply hope people like them. Sometimes people don't, such is life. They do what they enjoy which is making games and telling stories in their games. They put it out there for others to enjoy or buy if they want it or like the idea of the story being told.

A individual developer is allowed to have their own preference as a fan and fellow gamer. That is what she stated about her preference as a gamer and complete ****s went and made threats and insults to her and her family prior to her even responding. She then made sarcastic comment direct at those who did such at her, which may not have been the best idea but it is understandable reaction to threats to her families lives. I can see from the way you talk and constantly mention her about it you are more inline with the ones who did such to her than oppose their actions. That is the impression you give.

Bioware also is not the one's who push the word fans anymore than the fans push it themselves. I have seen fans/customers use the word a million times more than Bioware ever have.

I didn't mind the endings. They were fine - but with the EC they're much better and it feels completed.
