I would kick off James
Sub with Grunt
because I had more "vested" in Grunt ( My shep was his battlemaster) naturally Jmaes stole Grunts spot on the Normandy. I would have liked to see Grunt become either a Krogan spectre or an alliance solider with maybe a possible N7 comendation for him or maybe I just missed the laugh lol

to be honnest I would have kicked off
Traynor for Kells (kells would need to have proven she could get back on the horse as it were after the collectors abduction)
James with Grunt (forementioned)
Miranda/ Jack for Allers (Duh they were ME2 LI that got little or no play in ME3)

@ Doc- she was an occupier of space thus removing her would give is some room for Miri or Jack. I find it odd that Jacobs old space on the Normandy still remains un used (though slightly smaller b/c of the war room but still could be habitable)

Plus you've got Life Support, the AI Core, plenty of space in the Hangar, and no one permanently resides in the Lounge on the right.

Kaidan for Jack/Miranda /Samara. He was great in ME, but if he wasn't my primary romance, I'd have sent him to Hackett for being useless on the field.

James for Grunt/Zaeed. Anything he han do, they can do better...

True, true true.....the one that bothers me though is Traynor....I miss Kells

I would swap EDI for Jack (Actually, I would swap EDI for EDI. There was something charming about her built-in AI in the Normandy without having a physical body), And James for Zaeed. Not that I dislike Vega, but come on. Zaeed.

No one. I liked the ME3 cast, including Vega who some people (no, by which I do *not* mean "anybody who doesn't like him) seem to still hate for the sake of hating him without knowing anything about him still. I wish the ME2 cast had been more involved, but I'm fine with them not being on the ship/in my squad.
