Who i would kick, Vega and Javik. Never really liked either one of them.

Miranda is just so much more interesting that Ash and she doesn't question your judgement every 5 minutes.

Why limit it to NEW characters? James is awesome and EDI is alright.

I would keep EDI and James and get rid of Tali. I was pissed I couldn't tell her to stay with her people.

The why do you let Ashley back on the Normandy?
Let her go to her new assignment and gain an extra 25pts in your EMS

The VS for any of the ME2 squad except Jacob and Zaeed as well.

Zaeed just didn't click with me, and Jacob was zzzzzzz.......zzzzzzzz......zzzzzzzz

James wasn't a terrible character, but felt like an unnecessary addition to the cast after what we had in ME2. Had he be introduced in ME2, I'd just felt about him the same way I did about Jacob

The VS just irk'd me the whole way through ME2 and continued that "I don't trust you blah blah Cerberus blah" crap up for nearly the whole game, even if they were your LI (which I gather from BSN posters as I hated both of them).

Vega for Grunt I suppose, they both serve the same purpose character-wise but Grunt is more interesting and has a more meaningful relationship & history with Shepard.

Vega for Jack as well, I really liked her a lot more in ME3 .. though we'd miss out on her being a teacher which I thought was really neat and done well.

@Pathetisad - Wouldn't change anything. My EMS is well over maximum using a ME2 import and high multiplayer readiness. I just find her to be a boring character and talking to her is one if my least favorite parts of the game.

I'll trade you one Vega for a Grunt, and I'll give you EDI's body for Jack/Miranda/Samara/Kasumi/Zaeed/ whoever the hell would make sense storywise, and I'd like Jack to join a little after Grissom, but still watch over her students via Normandy comms and stuff.

And of course, the popular James for Grunt. I like Vega, I truly do, but battlemaster and pupil must be reunited.

Not that I don't like James, it's just because Grunt is one of my favourite characters.

Vega -> Jack. very close second.

5th playthrough. I've never used Vega and have no intention.

I would kick James for just about any character from ME2 or Wrex. Any character is better than Vega.

Let's include Allers here and I vote for her to sub with just about any shipmate in ME2 including random Cerberus crew mate #18 who resides in the crew quarters. Bring back Emily Wong, I say. Hell, I'd rather have Khalisah over Diana Allers.
It is for me a huge bone of contention that you don't get to include any of the squadmates that began with you in ME2. ANY. ANY. A-N-Y. Not a single one. Miranda, Jacob, Mordin, Jack, Grunt, Samara, Thane, Legion. I would sub Kelly for that smug irritating wench that stands beside me at the con and keeps patting herself on the back.
