That would be great, though unlikely. A lot of people didn't go for the destroy ending and the rEApers will never allow for a DLC that won't sell for everyone. I really think there should've been a reunion on the EC for those who picked destroy, but since there wasn't it's up to our headcanons imagining that because I believe that ship has sailed.

I'd have liked to see a reunion as well.

The thing is, though, that on PC (or anywhere where modding is possible), there are about 22 seconds of "Shepard starts breathing" (Destroy ending, high EMS assumed) and another 75 seconds of stargazer scene at the end, that can be replaced by a vid or self-made slideshow. Should be legal (no multiplayer file touched, Bioware tolerates SP mods as far as I know), but the content is difficult to adapt for all Shepards with all backgrounds, decisions, romances etc.

How do you reunite with dead people? is that some religious thing?

I don't really need it. BioWare stated that Shepard gets reunited with his/her LI if you see him/her breathing at the end of Destroy. That's all I need to know; my imagination can do the rest.

Ok? Not everybody is good at or wants to headcanon such things.

Uh... so? I just said I don't really need it. If you want a reunion DLC, then by all means, I hope you get one.

I too would like a reunion DLC, had hoped it would be in the EC. But to appease all it would have to be for all endings, destroy would be eaisest; Reuite with LI, Reunite with squad/friends, Big party! For Control and synthesis they'd have to do a funeral or something showing LI, Squad, friends and all people you've met over the years attending.

They already did a Funeral scene....

And, I wouldn't be surprised that, if they did a Reunion DLC, It would be the last one released. It would be the emotional climax of the DLC; The grand finalie.

A reunion would be awesome, especially if it's as well made as the Shadow Broker DLC. One last get-together before the end of the Shepard trilogy.

Yep very disappointed extended cut didn't extend the Shep lives ending and show some kind of reunion. So i'd be defintely up for my Shep to re-unite with his Miranda.

Yeah, what kind of idiot wants their Shepard to reunite with his or her loved one if he or she survives? That's f**king absurd.

I'm just curious how this would work for those of us who chose things other than Destroy. It'd be a bizarre marketing move to sell a DLC specifically for folks who chose a single option, I'd think, so perhaps Control and Synthesis could offer more complex funeral proceedings with variations depending upon a few player choices.

Refuse just flat-out wouldn't work for this sort of thing, though, leaving me all the more convinced it isn't going to happen.

Play through, LI wakes up, realizes it was a dream and falls back asleep heartbroken?

Best I got. Posted Image

Bioware should NOT have to tell it's fans that the LI and Shepard re-unite, OR in fact that Shepard is alive in the reble. That should all be with-in the game. PERIOD I love bioware, even when I totally re-jected the first ending. But they should have closed the ties.

Well, how else could you possibly explain it? Aside from Reaper-Shep incarnating an avatar of himself, which would be as utterly absurd as there being a Prothean still living in stasis on an already fully colonized world.
...wait...
