is the CC just for the PC or is it for console too?

i'm really curious if i just wasted several hours createing characters that i can't imput into my game because i got it for the 360 (which won't arrive until tomorrow). aside from that my characaters havn't uploaded to the site yet and i don't have any code for the lucky stone ring.
