2) i have also noticed there was a period cerb troops were throwing crazy numbers of grenades .

All wearing tinfoil hats, its still easy and nothing changed except for the balance changes. Its just the fact that when there is an event people watch a lot more on the movement of said unit and by this they conclude a bunch of bs.

To be fair if you didn't notice that time between waves was slashed in half then you're an idiot. And I'm pretty sure Banshees have always had a biotic shield, correct me if I'm wrong.

Banshee shield has always been there...
Reduced time is since patch, instead of longer times inbetween waves they gave you more time before the waves start.

Both of these can be easily explained without game mechanics. Geth Primes often spawn in sets of two or three on Gold can as such it is common to see two turrets spawn. Another less likely explanation is that it is just yet one more of the dozen bugs attached to Geth alongide shooting while staggered and Rocket Troopers forgetting their rockets are single shot.
The second one is likely a latency issue. I haven't noticed any increase in it so I can't really comment too much. Perhaps a video of a host before and after the supposed conspiracy change would help make take this even remotely seriously.
