Wow those costumes are amazing and really well done!
I recently made a femshep and wore it at PAX... armor is made from a mix of wonderflex, rubber, and craft foam. n7 eagle is made from foam and paperclay.

I hate you.
No, I am being serious. I just plain hate you. Your armor is absolutely gorgeous. Ashley's armor is absolutely superb. Your Mattock is the stuff of legends. Your girlfriend is hot. You look like Mark Meer and Casey Hudson had a secret child and you are that child (it's a compliment).
.... yep... I hate you.
PS: Fantastic work, man. Absolutely so envious of your skills. It looks like you had a hell of a great time there. I look forward to any future work you are able to do... in Mass Effect or beyond!

Tthat is freaking awesome dude!!! I been looking for costumes commissions, requests. I haven't found anything.
I really want a custom costume though I'm a huge Mass Effect fan, I know I'm not good or good at making costumes or know how.

Axiom Ultra:
I've made an armored costume before (Dark Knight Batsuit with rubber), but I've had moderate experience with foam. Thus, I have a few questions:
1) Is there a (free) pattern available for the armor? Or should I look at a lot of reference photos?
2) After you're done cutting out shapes, how do they fit together? Do you use a kind of glue? If a shape is bent, how do you keep it that way?
3) Finally, what do you do to the armor after it's put together, like paint or any kind of sealers?
Thank you. Absolutely amazing costumes by the way.
