I'm trying to buy DLC for Mass Effect 3, but when I went to purchase 800 BW points using PayPal, Origin crashed - no error message or anything, just gone. However, my PayPal account was charged, but my EA/BW account still doesn't show the transaction.
How do I get these points I've paid for?

I'm not sure if this issue resolved itself or if by posting about it here I alerted EA/BW, but it's fixed now. I'd say "thanks!" but from a quick internet search, this is not a new problem. Is anyone at EA even looking into a way to fix this?
