Somewhere in there, get a reaper to cooperate with Shepard, biding it's time till the ending when it will turn on the other reapers...
This way, you can have the reaper send a "representative" with the Normandy, as a symbol of the deal.
Basically a reaper-made humanoid body "programmed" to help the crew in service of that reapers own interests.
And make it romanceable, that way...... You can (sort of) date a reaper!!!!

Not to be cynical but there would be some...legal issues that they'd like to avoid when it comes to ideas the fans have. 

Imagine they see an idea on the forums use it and then that user comes back around with a lawsuit for intellectual/creative rights to that? Granted we agreed to a Terms and Agreements but it's just a pain in the ass to deal with in the first place.

well After Stopping Sovereign new Super Reaper form -it involves a blackhole-

Seraph's geth plaform is wreck so it creates a Reaper Avatar version of it's orginal races form
