Everytime I try to buy points with a credit card, it gives me a "Card cannot be verified" error. I know I've entered the information right.

I've tried using both Visa giftcard and a real/normal Visa. I know the information was right, since my giftcard incurred three $1 charges from EA (which, by the way, is bullcrap and prevented me from buying the $20 pack as it was).

Is there going to be any help with this? Am I the only one with this problem?

Is it because I'm in Canada?

When I saw you guys using your own distribution service, I literally said to myself "Way to go, guys." since that's much better than using Games for Windows - Live... But it's annoying now. I want to get the keep DLC before I start and if you could tell me if it's just something the matter with system or if it's my location... or something. That'd be great.

Also, whenever I try to use PayPal I get the same error someone else in the forums had. The error being:

I was just able to get some through my paypal account.



The ONLY difference is that I exited the game. All the other times I was still sitting in the downloadable content window, signed in.



Perhaps this is something someone should look at, incase mine isn't an isolated incident.

I'm getting the same error as the original poster-- "unable to verfiy card" or something. All info is correct, and this card is just fine (meaning, it's used regularly and I have more than enough credit).

I have same error i cant get my card to be verifiyd and i have talkt to my bank and they say its not them were the block is and i wonder what is wrong here i have a visa card and it have workt fine on many sites befor but not here

Word for word of what CrakyCrab said is my problem to, Both my card and Paypal, im going to try and do it again on paypal well logged out of the game to see if it works..but im about to give up hope..and i cant seem to get in touch with the Bioware support.

Ahh still nothing from it, it did ask me to verify my password this time though when it never did before...Has anyone actualy gotten in touch with any support from Bioware about it yet? It tells me my invoice is invalid and to check my inbox...Im not getting anything in my inbox

For all those who are attempting to "buy" points by credit card and get a "unable to verfiy card", try this. I have e-mail the Director of Marketing, Bioware Corp,   Mr. Crage Priddle, at cragp.bioware.com,  Telling him that something is wrong with his verfication progame and that his corpoation is lossing profit due to the lack of concern for those of us who wish to keep purchasing his products. Let us let him know the he has customers out here. If the only to update our game and add-on is through this process make it much easer for us to do so.
