this is rediculous!! I've been trying to get the Blood Dragon armor but it keeps on saying that my code is invalid even though i put in exactly what it told me to over and over again it just says invalid please retry or what ever
what should i do?

Are you doing it from the game download screen or are you just trying to input the code on live?

You have to redeem the code from within the game itself, not from the market place. that should help.

You could always try to follow the instructions on the paper the code is on.

well i am having a probs also... not the same as you but to do with the same topic... i did everything right.. i have Dragon blood armor enabled downloaded everything works but ermm... funny thing no dragon armor and the merchent who should have the other Blood armor does not.... soo yer... and is says that Dragon blood armor is endabled soo... if u can help me that be super ty.

also i never started with a the body part.



and for your info dont put - it says not to also they can be caps or no caps but not both.

I also have the problem where the code for the Blood Dragon armor doesn't work. I have this lowercase b, yet all the rest are uppercase. I tried dozens of different ways. Any help?

Hiya,

A common mistake that I've found is making sure you put in the dash, "--" between each set of letters of the code. Basically typing it as it looks on the paper, caps or no caps.

@N3ZzZz....my code worked just fine as well and I have the blood armor just waiting to be bought from the dwarves at the camp. The dwarf father and son don't carry them when you first meet them on your way to Lothering but it's available after you meet them again and have set up camp.

It may be different for someone else but that was how it turned out for me. Hope it helps.

@Atayla. i am way past there i am up to killing branka, do i need to start again?? can u put the code in befor hand so it works or can you do it anywhere? and the armor should just auto pop in my bag? because i did everything it said but i did not do it at the start of the game ??

Okay i found out why... ermm if anyone has the probs i did. all you need to do is make sure u have the armor and shale in downloadable. then delete DAO and then redownload it and when u are done Make sure, i mean it make sure you have Blood armor downloading first if shale is dling first it will stuff up. make sure Blood armor is dling first. then dl shale and your good to go.



@wolfwing0100 i looked on the net and it seems some ppl were saying if u do it in the game it stuff the code up you must do it on the site. also they said some people got dud codes meaning they wont work so you need to get support to help you. etc. my friend had same probs he just bought a new shale and armor thing and did it on the website and works great. hope that helps you.

Deathtiger i had the same problem, then i realized the lower case b is actually a 6 try adding a 6 in and see what happens.

1. Start up the game and then from the main menu select "Downloadable content"



2. Select "Redeem code" and type in the codes you got.



3. Now you will get a voucher for your armor from xbox live. Download this and you should be good to go.

- If your code doesn't work, it's not the game's fault because every code should be extended beyond the expire date.

So even though my copy of the game lists the expiration date as 4/30/10, my code should still work?

also i have dragon age 2. it says the way i get the blood dragon armor is if i had it for dragon age origins or mass effect 2. i have mass effect 2 that i bought from the the store. does anyone know how i can get blood dragon armor for mass effect 2? and if so can you tell me how. because i have difficulty doing stuff like this for my xbox 360

So you are saying you downloaded what from Live? Dragon Age: Origins? Or just the Blood Dragon armour?

I have seen cases where buying the game on Live means that a code was not sent out for the Blood Dragon armour; if that is the case then your only real recourse of action is to contact EA support directly and inform them of your situation. It should be something they can easily fix.

You will have to phrase that better as it makes little sense. (And how does something download to 127%?)

My guess is you inputted the redeem code into the usual XBox Live screen, and if so then you are incorrect to do so. What you should be doing is redeeming it from the game itself, the main menu has a prompt like 'press Y to redeem EA code'.

My original purchase of DAO only stated there's an expiry date for the Stone Prisoner, and doesn't mention a limit on the Blood Dragon armour. Check what your packaging informs you.

Judging from the posts around here though, EA have enabled the Blood Dragon armour for most gamers anyway.

Im at the point where Ive went to Deniram for the first time. Im on PC and I put the code for shale and the armor in here at the website, it downloaded the armor first and started working on shale second. My problem is there is not dragon armor in my inventory nor in the camp merchants store. So, what did i do wrong? Do you HAVE TO START the game with the code? If so, thats Bull. The only thing I noticed thats slightly odd is the download for Shale and the armor say for version 1.0 and its in RED. Does this mean I dont have the right version DOA? If so, how to i find the version I need?
