I'll ignore the fact that you're in the wrong forum (there's a whole board dedicated to the PC version and the people there are more informed than myself when it comes to PC related issues). Also, register your game while you're here.

I don't recall any different version releases for the Stone Prisoner or for the Blood Dragon armour. I suspect what you're looking at may be the base game version. If that is the case then your game remains unpatched. Assuming you're not on Steam (which auto-patches as I understand it) you'll have to manually install patches by, er...installing them. You'll have to download them first of course, and the tab for that is right at the top of the page.

I would start the game with the code myself if only for a more complete experience as it were. I don't believe it is mandatory that you start the game after redeeming the code. Try reloading or even starting a new game to see if they do pop up correctly.

Come to think of it, it might also depend somewhat what character class you're playing as as well. Though that shouldn't affect Bodahn's shop.

I will state that you should head to the PC boards to seek assistance though, but register your game before you do. At the very least you should check out RaenImrahl's very comprehensive solution round up there.

Only EA support can help you, fellow gamers can give advice but can't help you as such. Things to keep in mind: did you buy the game new or secondhand? (New games comes with a code; secondhand games are likely to have theirs used.) Do you have proof of purchase? (I expect this to be required due to your claim that your copy of the game did not include a redeem code.)

if anything, my problem is the same with everyone elses, but not in this thread. from what i've heard, if you have the BDA from ME2 and DA:O and enable bioware/EA server connection, they check your account and see if you have it, if you do, voila, you should have it. However, in my case, i dont while my brother does and he didnt even use a code >.< (Although i find it funny how i "accidently" used his ser isacc armour code) If anyone has this problem or knows a solution please let me know.

I've read too many Blood Dragon armour issues all with varying circumstances, so I'm not sure how yours will be the same as everyone else's, GethHunter.

Who redeemed the code? I.e., whose account is the Blood Dragon armour actually linked to? Is the game connecting to the servers? It wouldn't surprise me that this is the issue given the recent problems with connecting to the server. Have you checked your registered game promos to see if it's registered to your EA account?

There are too many variables there. Clarify, and there may be things you can do so you gain access to it. If there aren't then it's up to you to contact EA support to have it correctly sorted out.

Assuming the code is legitimate, and since you got it from eBay there is a chance you have been ripped off, then it should register as normal. If you are purchasing a code I would suggest you use a proper authorized reseller (apparently they do exist).

Well as far as my knowledge about my game collection, i redeemed the code on my......awh **** >.< i might have put it on a older account that got hacked and i deleted it. little known to my suprise, most of my game dlc (Related to everything else) were in a sense deactivated. I think the only way to get it back is to get my gamertag and hotmail password back, but ive tried for quite awhile now and it doesnt really help >.<

I assume you can still log onto XBox Live. If you go into the options connected with account management there might be a way of getting some of that info back.

As for the EA account thing, then it seems you'll have to enter (possibly lengthy) dialogue with the support team to try and reclaim the dlcs back as it were (truthfully it should just be getting the dlcs reallocated). They should still be connected to your Gamertag though so you have something on your side in getting that done.
