He stopped a rogue spectre from annihilating the council, came back from the dead for you, saved colonies, killed the Collectors, unified formerly hostile cultures against a common foe, kicked ass, took names, yadda yadda yadda. What does the man have to do for an encore?
Was he even designated "acting captain" when taking over the Normandy? Are postmortem promotions possible?
