No, it does not work. It only "works" on the weapon screen and now apparently sometimes on power screen, but it does not work in game, as this July 8th vidoe done by someone shows that it is broken still.

 I've used the ULM on the Hurricane so it'll be black. Black weapons on my hot pink Krogan soldier is HOOOOOOOT!:devil:

Because most people are sheep, and the biggest part of the 'flock' believes that it is working, even though the evidence clearly shows it does not.

Since we cannot play with character levels worse than level 1 and we cannot demote any weapons to a lower level, the next level in difficulty is to carry the lowest performing weapons in the arsenal to a match.

Only problem is it does not.

They only work if your recharge isnt 200% if it is then they do nothing and your better off with another mod.

You know, even reading forums doesn't help. Always meet people that say that ULM is working. Amusing.

It's really not that obvious, even if you read the forums.  I thought it was fixed for the first couple of weeks after the patch.

Because

BioWare even confirmed on here that it won't be fixed until the next official patch.

For me it was kinda obvious after the patch and DLC when I was using the Krysae and Hurricane I (weight 0.85) as side arm. The ULM not working made the ingame CD bonus something like +20% instead of +100%, and you could really feel that when you got that "stealth not properly breaking, full TC cooldown" bug with Krysae, or had the full TC CD for anyother reason, capturing objective etc.

But I guess with a class with already +200% CD bonus, having 0.2 weighting Shuriken X or 0.3 weighting Tempest X, the ULM not working might be harder to notice ingame.

In their defense, the patch said that it fixed the problem, and the forums were 90% "NERF TC AND THE KRYSAE! THEY ARE FOR NOOBZ IF YOU LIKE THEM THEY SUCK!!!!!" so important info like the ULM bug still not working might not have gotten across.

Dude, you need to let it go, I got what I wanted out of you:

1. You admit to having benefited from the glitch more than once. On BSN... Herp derp.
2. You still maintain how proud you are of your N7 score due to its showing of skill and "purity".
3. Then you attempt to be revisionist about what you clearly implied before: "collect your 75k and move on", don't report them.

Why on earth would anyone need at argue about this with this viewpoint. I'm not going to change your mind for sure, and you merely think I'm being "short sighted".

I mean... Seriously you come on here here boasting that your N7 score hasn't been tainted by money... Just exploits, and you want people to respect you? You are living in an alternate reality sir.

I dont use my maxed out GPSMG because it's an awful weapon. I use the Hurricane without ULM (I use the two ammo capacity boosting mods instead) for continuous firing (I can deplete a whole gun if I use Adrenaline Rush) to take down boss enemies.

Nah, hardest is to play a match where you can only kill things using grenades or powers. No shooting at all. I did that once and even bronze was f-ing hard.

case you didn't know because we are talking about likelihood. There is no way
of knowing for sure if the 7' monster will be better than the 5' shrimp, but
the odds are more in favor of the former.

Finally, unless you can give some solid evidence
that I said that glitchers shouldn't be banned, I suggest you stop making such
bold accusations. In the spirit of debate, I will provide evidence for my side:

Not everyone goes on these forums. Hell, I didn't
make an account until I hit at least 4 figures. The MP community is vast and expands far past this forum. It's for this reason that I laugh when I see threads bragging about how many
rocket-glitchers a particular member has reported because none of them seem to

"bug-exploiters", they're taking away the progress, and essentially
the time spent playing, from someone who likely is not aware of the actions
Bioware and the "white knights" of the forums are taking to respond

someone is maliciously exploiting the glitch, well aware of its risks, without

that you and a large portion of these forums are stuck in the tunnel-vision
mindset that "Anyone who utilizes an exploit is a thieving cheater
who is maliciously attacking your precious Bioware" when things are not
that black and white. Open your mind to other possibilities because you seem to
think that there is only one possible scenario, and that is why I called you
"short-sighted". If you won't ever budge on your idea, then not only
are you being stubborn, you are being pigheaded and an unworthy debate
opponent. The reason I have not changed my mind is because you have given me nothing convincing
enough to make me believe that your side is the only one that is correct.

I did not go around boasting my N7 ranking, I
simply used it as evidence that many people don't bother going on these forums
and some don't join until late into their ME3 MP career. And I was in no way
expecting respect for my N7 rank, I seek to earn it because I have formed a
solid argument while I have yet to see you present anything substantial for
your side that you clearly think is the only possible scenario. If anything,
you are demanding respect from me when it is clear that you don't have a foot
to stand on and that by joining the bigger group you have in some way validated
your claims.

If this debate was such a waste of time, why did
you bother engaging? And why engage when you don't intend to finish what you
started? I find it hard to take you seriously when you decide to run away after
being called out for providing insufficient evidence, if any at all. You have a
lot to learn.
