I never resell games. You get a pretty ****ty deal in most cases. Games I'll never uninstall:

Fallout 1-3
Morrowind, Oblivion, Skyrim
Age of Empires 1-2
Cossacks: Back to War
Dragon Age:Origins
Modern Warfare 2 (wait I like RPGs and COD?!?!)

FO:NV, Fable 2 (controversial one I'm sure) and BG2 are games which would be on the list and that I still have installed but which I have recently considered uninstalling.

For the most part, that's how I am too.  Exceptions being games that I can either upgrade to CE for cheap or have a great trade in value that exceeds my interest in the game.

I don't sell games.

There was only one GBA game I sold because I couldn't bare the embarrassment of keeping it around any longer.

Other than that lapse though my games are staying with me even if they do suck.

Course I don't seel the games I enjoy till a major upgrade happens or they arn't backwards compat, any longer.

1) All of my old Tomb Raider games. I grew up playing those and Lara was my childhood role model. Not the huge boobs part, but the kick-ass part.
2) DA:O. I have an unhealthy obsession with the game and am not afraid to admit that. There are flaws and cliches but I don't care. They're well executed cliches.
3) Mass Effect. Because Mass Effect.
4) Fallout 3. Same as above. Plus Liam Neeson is your dad. That's pretty awesome.
5) Assassin's Creed series. It's a good set of stories with entertaining gameplay.

Honestly, once I have a game I have it. I don't sell it or anything. If I uninstall it it sits comfortably on my shelf.

Daggerfall (for the still awe-inspiring scope)

The Legacy of Kain games (with the exception of Blood Omen 2, and with an emphasis on the Kain/Raziel arc of SoulReaver 1/2 and Defiance, because ouch, my heart).

Bah. It's actually a long list, and I'm kind of a hoarder. I can't go for long without thinking about these though.

Nothing and nothing. W00t! Love it when it's easy to compile a list. I don't sell games anymore. Stopped doing that after my exodus from console gaming. I also keep everything installed all the time. My only uninstalled titles (technically never installed) are digital purchases I haven't gotten around to playing yet. There is no incentive to uninstall anything with two 1TB hard drives.
