Hi,

Having some problems with the Campaign.  Haven't played single player in several months and came back today to try and finish the game off.

For the most part, everything works.  However, when I start the Fuel Cell missions, and also the N7 Cerberus  Fighter Base mission the game essentially crashes.

For the fuel cell mission, in the dialogue preceding the mission, half way through the voices become mute and you just hear background noise.  When the mission starts, theres background noise, but the screen is 100% black as if the tv was off.

For the fighter base mission, when I start it, it just loads forever, showing the ship flying loop animation forever.

Pressing the Xbox Dashboard button does bring up the dashboard.  I have been able to do other missions (I did the mission where you help fight the Geth on some ship), I have done some scanning, and been back and forth to the Citadel without any problems at all.  

There just seems to be some problems loading up these missions.  Any ideas/suggestions?

There is no issue with startup.  I can load a previous save and everything will work perfectly until I try a mission again.  It seems like most other missions I have work (doing the one where you save the ambassador from the geth at the moment), so not sure why those two are causing issues.

Official support wasn't able to help after an hour, and is forwarding the case up. I'm sure someones come across a similar issue though?

Having problems too. Hubby's file seemed fine but when I tried playing I can't get past the final romance scene with femshep and Kaidan. The sound cuts out completely during the scene everytime (tried 5 times with various different options and even taking the disc out, restarting the system, etc.) and even if I go through to the end of the scene the screen blacks out at the loading screen to the cerberus station completely. Can't go forward in the game after this. I hope they fix this soon, I can't even finish the game at all now, let alone see the EC.
