Ok so i bought the game over steam with collectors editions. i took my cd keys and tied them to my bioware account and went into the game. i showed all the content under downloaded area. This is where i have been stuck for past 4 hours. the content wont install. it gets stuck or frozen. the game doesnt actually freeze just nothing occurs. it goes from downloading to extracting to installing then gets stuck for hours. ive closed the game and restarted. ive logged off and logged in an all the other ideas. after an hour or 2 of waiting it says "install failure"  and then there is a retry button which just loops through the entire process again. does anyone have this problem and have they found a solution bedies restarting and reloggin as i have done 15 times in past 4 hours.  PLEASE HELP I WANT TO PLAY THIS GAME SOON! with my DLC
