1.) Garrus: Sorry I couldn't help myself. Garrus could swing both ways.
2.) Dr Chakwas; I know she has a love interest. But it would be interesting more shep to be a granny chaser lol

both:

1.) Samara: Her code complicates things, which opens windows and challenges for shep to romance her. I also think my shep should be with a woman of wisdom and experience 
2.) Kasumi: Better than Miranda, need I say more
3.) EDI: to ****** of Joker

1.) Joker: come on, he goes through so much and he's partly crippled. Also who can't love joker

I don't know about those. To me, more options means less time spent on each character.

I like my characters and romances with a good balance between variety and being fleshed out.

No more romances. This isn't Jersey Shore in space. Making Garrus bi would kill his character as it pretty much ruined Kaidan for me. Cortez, Traynor, and Liara, fill that niche well enough already.

The only one that I'm on the fence about is Chakwas since she's in all three games.

Garrus doesn't even find FemShep attractive, so the possibility to have a romance with MaleShep is good.

I just want to know how homosexuality counts with other alien species. Een if they are male and female.

Only Quarian relationships of the same sex can be considered truly homosexual, since they are humans with weird legs and three fingers. And a female human with an Asari.

Um...no? By definition, homosexual relationships are between any two members of the same gender. Species doesn't matter - that would be interspecies relationships. Two human males dating would be classified as a homosexual relationship. A human male and a turian female would be an interspecies relationship. A human male and a turian male would be a homosexual, interspecies relationship. They're two separate things.

Semantics. I made the example with dating as a result of attraction in mind.

Yeah, my desire to romance her was just to make her smile again. I know we don't need a romance for that, but considering how much she suffered and continues to suffer, anything that can make her happy is good in my book.

But then, if she's willing to kill herself instead of her daughter to not violate the code, we can know for sure how highly she values such beliefs. And that makes the romance, impossible.

I mean, I guess Mordin kind of does that, but it doesn't count because Shepard gets shut down before s/he can even flirt.

Definitely Kasumi. Kasumi (after Tali, Joker and Garrus) is my favorite character. She totally deserved a romance option, they just needed to add more development after you resolve the thing with Keiji's Greybox.

Joker and EDI have more of a friend feel to them. I think Joker is meant to be as a loyal friend to Shepard, always there to back him or her up, but not more than that. Though EDI is nice, I don't think shepard's attitude fits a synthetic romance. Also, I think she also fills that friend position.

Also, in my opinion, Mordin and Samara both fill more of a adviser role to Shepard. They're the wise people that Shepard can look up to, that tag along to help him, kind of like mentors. That's just the feel I get from extensively talking to both of them.
