The funny part:
Ashley is a woman.
She was born as a woman, lives as a woman and most likely will die as a woman.
I really don't get it why someone created that rumor Ash was a transvestite. I mean... why? What for? And how to prove it, since ... errm, yes.

I loved Ashley's redesign. I liked her old look too but the Virmire survivors definitely needed an improvement for the final installment. Their looks had gotten too bland. If there is anything to complain about it was deviating from their characters.
Ashley was no longer a religious human nationalist and Kaidan was suddenly gay. Those things bothered me a lot more.
Someone else who shows they have no idea of the difference between gay and bisexual.
or unless you saved him on Virmire. You're allowed to do that as MaleShep you know?Binary_Helix 1 wrote...

If you only played as male Shep you wouldn't know Kaidan was bi unless you read it somewhere.

I strongly dislike Ash and Kaiden so it is hard for me to choose who lives and who dies, because I just don't care.BP93 wrote...
Not saving Ash?
Thats like asking if a wild bear doesn't **** in the woods. LOL
I kid, I kid Kaidan fans. I've got one playthrough with him alive so I'm not biased. =P

^ eh, krukow, no hitting against Miranda fans. I'm one too (just not as much as I'm an Ashleymancer). Some people simply don't like the VS.

Honestly, the hate over the redesign is a little petty IMO. They didn't actively make her look WORSE, and her personality remains intact. What's the problem?

Her personality got a huge dent since a lot of stuff we know of her never made it into ME3. Her love for poetry isn't that prominent anymore, her family suddenly exists of Sarah only, and she's no longer religious (that particular dialogue got cut before the release).
Yeah, pretty much this.

Ah. I guess I never notcied it then.
Granted, I never really had her aboard the Normandy after the coup pre-EC. I always had her take Hackett's offer because I didn't want to strand her on Gilligan's planet.

@ o Ventus - if you're going for any High EMS Ending, Ash won't end on Gilligan's planet. And if you pick High EMS Destruction Ending (>4000 / Anderson final speech or >5000 / Anderson killed by TIM), Ash and Shepard even may get reunited. At least it's hinted.
So with the EC DLC, it's save to have Ash with you on board of the Normandy

I know. I used past-tense verbs for a reason.

Sometimes I miss those. English isn't my native tongue ^^

I don't like Ashley or Kaiden because they are so mean to Shepard in 2 and 3. Even though you try to explain to them that you are not with Cerberus anymore they still treat you poorly. That is why I can't bring myself to like them.krukow wrote...

I was just joking (hence the use of a smiley face thingy).
And yeah, Miranda's my second favorite too.
People who don't like Ashley still make me sad
