Too bad Pokemon started going to hell in the 3rd gen.....That's when some were starting to get bad but most were cool....then 4th gen happened and.....yeah.....things just went down hill....I don't even want to talk about 5th gen *shudders*...

Finally remembered my Gen II team as well, personally, I loved Gold/Silver more than Red/Blue (just by a slim amount) probably because you can go back to Kanto afterwards, and fight all the leaders improved. Anyway, Jollyorigin's team of 2001/2002:
