I also am not in possession of the illusive firearm, however you are missing quite a high volume of characters. Is your luck so bad, or are you content with your current stock? My luck with obtaining characters is not great. Simple as that. 

However, you appear to not have a good number of weapon mods, and the ones you do have are mostly not very high in level. Your luck not allowing those to come through?

the two missing were the failures of the community...

plus, I mostly play when I am at work...

but compared to your 10k... 4 mill is fine by me to get everything else which is left... which is DLC
