Data Pad App not worked in days...

 I am in the UK, using the data pad app on an iPad. It has not worked for days. App starts, connects to origin, but will not load the galaxy at war map. All I get is a white screen and a pop up saying the app requires an Internet connection, make sure I am connected to the internet. I am definitely connected to the internet!

Please advise, and / or get fixed!

Exact same problem here, and for my husband as well, both on the iPod Touch. Have tried restarting the device, disconnecting and reconnecting to the WiFi, syncing with iTunes, etc.

I didn't think I'd return to these forums, but I'm REALLY hoping they fix this. Since it's been broken for several days now, and I haven't found any sort of statement of intent to fix it from EA, I'm starting to worry that they're abandoning the app and shutting down the servers. I really hope that's not the case, because I have ME3 on Xbox, and I don't have XBL, so this app is my only means of raising my Galactic Readiness. I'll be very, very angry if they decide not to fix it. Otherwise, they need to address the issue in some manner or another ASAP so that we can anticipate resolution -- it's painful watching my hard-earned Galactic Readiness decay, hah.

I've had the same problem on my Iphone here in the US. I've tried reinstalling the app and tried it both on the Wifi and 3G networks and it still did not work. I hope they release a statement or get it back up in running soon as it is my only source of increasing my Galactic Readiness.

Have they even acknowledged the problem? Has there been a "we are aware of the issue and we are looking into it" statement?

Just something as small as that would at least be nice, rather than feeling like they don't give a monkeys about this app. I will keep my fingers crossed for some improvements coming too... Would be nice to transfer credits to the game, maybe readiness will remain at 100% for longer (they must have a plan for this as the game gets older and less people are playing MP)... For right now, just a fix would be nice though, hell just someone saying they are trying to fix it, I'd even accept just someone saying they are aware there is a problem.

I'm having the same problem in the uk too.

It's been so long now I'm kind of hoping they're doing an update to it, at the very least so we get nrew things to buy, and can access our multiplayer manifests. Pipe dream wise it'd be awesome if we could transfer the credits to multiplayer too.

Either way, this being down for so long blows.

FYI, it started working again for me a couple of hours ago. Ramping up Readiness as fast as I can, no telling how long it will be up.

Well they fixed it so thats something. On a side note does anybody know how much readiness you get after you buy thethree advanced upgrades?

The 6-hour missions give 3.17% readiness, the 3-hour ones 2.98%, and the 1-hour ones 2.8%. 

If you need to get readiness up quickly and can pay attention to it, the 1-hour missions are the most efficient by far; but once you are at 100%, a 6-hour mission round in the morning and at night will keep you there.
