Single player is more fun than multiplayer imo

After finishing my insanity run with my vanguard to see the ec dlc, I felt that singleplayer was more fun with squadmates and story than the multiplayer. Biotic charge looks more awesome (even tho its a bit slower than in multiplayer) and even though insanity is a bit easier than any gold match, it makes it more fun that your shields don't go down in 2 shots.

Idk, it feels more like mass effect to me.

Multiplayer is a bit of grind, but I do enjoy the variety of classes there are. Single player gets too easy once you know the layout of the level and what to expect, even on insanity. I guess if you're in purely for the combat mechanics, MP is the way to go. Otherwise, SP is awesome for the immersion.

Combat-wise? No way. SP Insanity is a joke.
SP obviously wins in story and characters.

If there wasn't MP I would have stopped playing ME3 ages ago. SP gameplay's only challenge is to stay awake - it's way too easy to provide an incentive to play through the game again (with another class, build, or squad). A shame, I enjoyed doing that with ME2 and even ME1 had more replay value for me.

Right, balance kills the magic... you only noticed this now? Just look at SWTOR where any mook and their dog can stand toe-to-toe with the galaxy's greatest jedi warrior.

ME3's SP isn't rewarding like ME2's. You just rock any build and spam any combo and totally dominate all the time.

MP is super simple, but having 3 other ppl to goof off around at least keeps things fresh.

I don't really like either of them. I'd say MP is better because at least you get new stuff like races, powers, etc. I wouldn't play either just for the gameplay. SP for the characters/experience as Shepard and MP for the social good times.

They are two completely different experiences. That like comparing cheese and steak. Both have nice qualities about them but both taste different and have thing going for them which the other one doesn't.

MP is fun, but for me, it's also extremely repetitive and grindy. I think they really need to add some more game modes in soon; I can only do so much horde-mode before my brain starts going numb lol.

I also hate the way everything is obtained randomly. I can't begin to count the number of Spectre and Veteran packs I've gotten trying to find a Quarian Engineer and no luck so far >< At least with League of Legends I know that if I pay real money or influence points I'll get exactly what I want.

I like MP but I agree that SP is more fun. The problem is that SP provides very little challenge. I'm still trying to figure out why they decided to remove the level scaling from NG+.
