Nah. I'm a coward about the whole "vaporize myself" thing because a little boy spirit tells me to; I wouldn't do it if Casper the friendly ghost suggested it and I wouldn't do it for the Catalyst the genocidal ghost. Plus I don't think I'd consider Geth to be alive just because they say they claim they are. The Geth knew the score- they were pretty low on my sympathy list after allying with the Reapers twice. I pick destroy.

What's hard to understand? That. Is. Incorrect. While the Geth might not have organic parts, they are sentient, aware, and yes, ALIVE.

Killing them is exactly the same as killing any other race.

NOT to say I wouldn't do it, as I have and will again. But I also will not tolerate people trying to make the destruction of a race 'okay' or 'acceptable' by making the blatently untrue assertion that the Geth were somehow acceptable targets because they weren't 'alive' in the organic sense of the word.

I would still destroy the geth, but as the star-child said, its inevitable that we will recreate artificial life so because Shepard lived, I would go and rebuild the Geth and EDI (possible ME4 idea?)

I'm glad destroy got rid of the geth, they aided the reapers, never negotiated with quarians until the quarians were abuot to win and they just flat out annoy me (especially the Geth VI he was a hypocrite and a liar) with the exception of Legion. I would rather keep Shep alive then them it could save a lot of trouble in the future.

No, I would carpet bomb Thessia personally.
Asari are way overrated, they have slaves, tried to hide from the reapers until they needed help and hoarded the prothean relic with info on the catalyst (granted it wasn't known what info at the time) but I wouldn't give up my life to save them, they hoarded tech and didn't allow others too, are they the only race? No, but honestly The Geth are more important in my book and that says something.

Yes. From my Shepard's point-of-view, killing the Geth like that would be no different than sacrificing all humans, asari, turians, salarians, or krogans, etc. just for the survival of one individual.

Hmmm nope. But the way I see it the Geth are rebuilt so the only one that really dies in Destroy is EDI....I can easily live with that.....plus I like Shepard living....

Umm the Geth definitely sided with the reapers because they knew they would win (until shep intervenes) I can guarantee you the Quarians would have had peace if the geth had just left Rannoch. And the Geth VI lies to you repeatedly throughout his missions and if you choose the quarians he says he shouldn't have trusted organics.
Legion at least isn't some ass of a geth who likes double crossing shep.
