an interesting thought has jumped into my head and is that it would be an awsome mission if your were asked for help to found out if there is an imminent invasion coming from the qunari.

you are sitting in a fishingboat with 4 person that is bound for par vollen, your mission is to recover intel and avoid detection, bonus mission is to set prisoner or slaves free as an distraction.

the stealth could be similair to MOTA only you can choose to go into stealth mode, rouges get more advantage and can move faster.

Yeah, I want more *different* gameplay. Every single mission does not need to be the full party of 4 fighting enemies together. Change it up, maybe give us a level where we are on horses, or a stealth level, or a mission where we play as a couple of different characters experiencing a story from two perspectives.

Why not?

And how exactly are we going to get to Par Vollen?

Griffons! Or flying monkeys. Or riding on the backs of gorillas that can swim.

A boat. Or you can have the protagonist swim it, if someone feels a boat is too railroading and fancies their character being an Olympic swimmer or something.

I'm telling you we will find the last Griffon egg in DA3. The devs just won't be able to resist a griffon flying level ala 'skycar chase scene' from Lair of The Shadowbroker.

You'd likely get killed sailing the Northern Passage. A Griffin would be shot down by the Qunari.

Not the super special last grey warden super Griffon EVA!!!!!

It's going to be cheesy, and you know it.

"First Warden, we've found something"
"By the Maker, it can't be.."
"The last Griffon egg in all of Thedas"
"You, Hero, must train it, nurture it, bring it up as a fine beast, it will be you greatest ally, your proudest friend......the Super-Griffon."

"Super-Griffon, I choose you!"

If the stealth will be of the same quality as in MotA, I'll pass.

Swords for everyone!

Sten and Zevran had a conversation about something like this...

[*]Sten: I knew one of your countrymen once, elf.

[*]Zevran: Oh? Have you been to Antiva, then?

[*]Sten: No. Until I came to Ferelden, I had never left the islands. She came to Seheron twice a year with the traders who bought spices from the northern jungle. Only she among the traders would speak to the antaam. Questions about the rainforest, its depths, and the things to be seen there. We humored her. She was... an unfortunate soul.

[*]Zevran: Unfortunate in what way?

[*]Sten: She was a Crow, as you were. Sent to assassinate the kithshoks, leaders of the army of Seheron, for the Tevinter Imperium. We knew this, and pitied her.

[*]Zevran: I'm surprised you did not simply slay her.

[*]Sten: There was no need. Her questions were meant to show her the way through the jungle towards our fortifications. And so one day, she snuck into the jungle to find her target. We found the pieces of her body in a tree, where the spotted cats kept them for later. We had never told her that our kithshoks were the ones who negotiated all the trades at the port.

[*]Zevran: Then she was a fool. That's not very sympathetic, I'm afraid.

[*]Sten: It was her ignorance we pitied, not her mistake. She believe we hoarded things we cared for as her own people do. We were sorry for her, that she thought only some people were important.

It would seem that stealth missions don't work that well in Qunari land. Not to mention, the Qunari seemed to know she was a spy from the get go.

OP: I like it. I like your idea. Trying to sneak into Par Volen. Gather intel. That would be a fun and challenging mission.

Never saw this piece of banter before. That's it, time to go back into DAO it seems. Damn I love the Qunari.

Who would we be working for? I hated having to do missions in DA2 just because someone said so, there needs to be adequate motivation

What if I want to RP a qunari sympathizer? Again there would need to be added motivation

Why force stealth? I'd rather have it as an option
