In all seriousness, it doesn't have a color, because the Crucible doesn't go off, hence no explosion. It isn't even a real ending, since you get no ending related achievements from it.

You don't activate the Crucible, so you don't get any colored beam.

Some YouTube clips posting the various endings seems to have made the default choice "yellow," although since there's not actually a technicolor extravaganza on display for this option (the Citadel never gets activated), technically speaking , there is no thematic color association for this particular choice.

There is no color but some people who spite the refusal ending chose yellow the color of cowardice. But they don't know its also the color of happiness and in China its the color of the Emperors. And I am cool with that.... Maybe we should get blue and Control God Shepards should get yellow and become Control God Emperor Shepard of @#$% you Harbringer.
