Question #1: Is there anyway I can work around the face import problems such as eye/hair color WITHOUT using a third party program? I do not want to violate the TOS for Xbox Live.

.... and....

Question #2: If that is not possible, what do each of these sections in the face code mean, and what is considered to be valid?

i.e. If I got the following code:
541.69G.M17.F8A.JDQ.67Q.1DA.711.966.417.666.172

Which section is which and what code works?
aaa . bbb . ccc . ddd . eee . fff . ggg . hhh . iii . jjj . kkk . lll

My reason for asking is that I want to change the eye color to purple from ME1 or a imported character with purple eyes from ME1 to ME2.  ME3 didn't seem to accept that color from the file transfer.

(I am only interested in the eye color so we can limit the topic to that unless someone really wants to explain in detail)
