I started having a freezing issue after downloading Earth DLC. Only happens on ME3 MP, and only after getting DLC. It happens at least once per day. I don't have any issues with any other games.

Any updates here? Perhaps the latest DLC has a patch that fixes the freezing or something?

Ugh....

Turned on the system and the first two games I particpate in, BOTH times it freezes up.

This is getting pretty ridiculous, not only do I not earn the credits for the rounds I participate in, I lose all the consumables I equip as well. I think from now on I'm going to be done with MP until this issue gets fixed.

Yup. Noticing more freezes and crashes than usual in past couple of days. Happened to me and friends playing. Also seeing a lot of the tell-tale signs in PUGs where the host "leaves" the match, which you know most likely means they got disconnected. Last but not least - some matches have just gotten super glitchy/laggy.

this happen to me and now my xbox will not read any of my game disk, i have to send it back to microsoft..... i didn't even have this xbox long. the modern warfare 3 xbox

I'm getting pretty fed up with this... the game freezes at least once or twice a day... it happened on the first game I tried playing today. Always happens late in the game to make it even more frustrating... as others have said its sucks not just because you miss out on any credits and experience but you also lose the consumables you are using... it wouldn't be that bad if matches were shorter but you put in a good 20 minutes or so hoping for credits only to get a hard freeze and have to restart empty handed... they've let a lot of glitches slide for some time now and we haven'gotten too upset about it, but this one is the very definition of game breaking so they had better do something about it soon...

Just keep posting about it I guess, the more members that encounter this problem and the more frequently it is discussed, the faster it'll get resolved, IMO.

Ive been having same problem as well... I quit playing for about a month, hoping a fix would be in place but none... I have tried a few rounds through out the week only to freeze within first three rounds everytime i tried. Im running an older fat 360, tried swapping discs, dusting the innards of 360, clearing cache, deleting off hard drive and running off disc, removig hard drive and putting it back in, deleting update/dlc and reinstalling... None of these techniques make any difference. I believe it has to be a hardware issue with older 360 models, which would explain why bioware has been pretty hush hush on this issue. Meh one can only hope this is addressed in an upcoming patch.

It's been happening to me quite often. 3-4 times in 10 games. Mostly when I'm using the N7 fury and Krogan Battlemaster. Not sure if it's just a coincidence though.

This may be only a minor fix, but it's worked so far for me. Basically, just host your own games.

I've played about 10 games so far as host and haven't had it freeze once. Also, after about half those games or so, I decided to try switching gears and just search for a game, and lo and behold, it froze after the second round. So from now on, all I'm going to do is host games, because I'm sick of it freezing up otherwise.

Will update here again if I happen to freeze up as a host or something similar.

Ugh. Just had a freeze during wave 7 of a gold match. Kroguard non-host. I know it's risky playing that as non-host, but I trust my connection to hold up my end of the bargain and usually leave lobbies if the host looks "iffy". I'm trying to remember if other freezes I've had were also vanguards off host, but either way, I wasn't getting glitchy at all - just froze out of the blue

how do you clear the chache since the newest update for xbox there no way to clear it on the old xbox before the updates there was a option to clear it now there no option to clear it at all only delete games and what not..

Go to System Settings > storage> (highlight your HDD) choose device options > select "perform maintence"
