Jonata, I'm saying that there's no reason not to romance Joker because now that toaster is dead (felt so good killing her). He has been a major character since the first game, and lesser characters could be romanced, why not him?

It's not because of the romance itself, it's because of this vulture-like behavior... "I fried your girlfriend, so now I believe you can be with me" is...

While I believe EDI is just as human as Shepard and Joker, I want to point out that in the end of ME2, Joker was grossed out by the thought of a relationship with EDI.

Garrus has to be dead in a FemShep playthrough to get that scene. In other words it's impossible for any sane person to get.

If Garrus is alive you don't get it. I believe it's the conversation where he tells you to get some rest after solving the Krogan incident.

You can't stop them in the beginning. JOKER WILL ALWAYS ASK ABOUT HIM AND EDI!!! WTF!!

And using regs as an excuse for not getting with FShep? Doesn't stop VS. Also, wouldn't EDI count as part of the Alliance were she to survive the war, therefore making a relationship with her against regs?

Well, according to Bioware, EDI isn't alive, she isn't a person until after the synthesis ending. Before that, she's a wolf in sheep clothing waiting to pounce and kill everyone on the Normandy. She's just luring Joker in for experimental reasons. Eventually she will get fed up and kill him.
