And what is that exactly? I suppose there is such thing as a "heterosexual lifestyle" to compare it to?
It is a fair question, not trolling.

Kaidan is just half ruined for me... kinda hard to explain but seeing all those pics thrown at me on these forums of Kaidan and male shep well they kinda burn into my mind.... and its not pretty! Miranda and Ashley are just not the types to be into women, can't explain why. I don't believe it's realistic to make everyone bi. I do however thank Bioware for keeping Kaidan at least straight with no bi past in fem shep world.

Why develop character/romance resources only to arbitrarily restrict them to one Shepard? DA2 got this far more right.OneWomanArmy wrote...
Yes everyone should apparently be bi... Are you freaking kidding me? Ashley and Miranda bi?
Forget it Krukow, it's the same reason they use for Kaidan in me1/2. Apparently everyone against a character being suddenly made bi is homophobic. Even if you have an opinion about a character that should not be bi, they will still call you homophobic.
In any case, why would Ashley or Miranda not be bi, in particular?

And part of real characters is their own defined sexuality, not whatever sexuality I want them to have in any given playthrough.

Dr Chakwas' sexuality isn't defined yet she feels 'real' enough to me.
I don't know if I should cry or laugh at this post. You need to get out more and meet people. Also why does Kaidan liking both genders ruin him for you? That's just plain stupid.OneWomanArmy wrote...

Her sexuality isn't part of the game. If it was, and I could choose it for her, she would feel like less of a character.
No character's sexuality was ever set in stone, people assumed. Then they get mad they where wrong then say it's OOC/pandering ect when in truth it people assuming.krukow wrote...

So sexuality alone defines the credibility or otherwise of a character for you?

I've been saying it's a character trait. A, not the, a. It's one of many, but it's an important one. Making it mush decided by the player lessens the player. It would be like if you could decide wether or not Ashley is close to her family. That would make Ashley a lesser character because she would no longer be as defined. She would be mush.

ITT: People posting their opinions about the s/s romances in the game or lack thereof and get bashed by others for having that said opinion.
People don't have to like what you like nor do they have to agree with you. Seems like anyone who says something that even comes to a slant against homosexuals nowadays just gets labeled as a homophobe.
Hooray for generalizations!

So... bisexuals and pansexuals are 'mush'?
Except Ash and Kaidan where going to be bi.krukow wrote...

Not if they're established as such. Kelly Chambers is great, and lots of people like Liara (though not sure if people count her). It's mush when it's changed for fanservice. It's also mush when everyone is made bi, because that just isn't how the real world works.

I know, its what people call an argument. Bashing them for having an opinion however, is not an argument.
