I preordered from Impules, and bought the collectors edition with the extra content.

I have registered the game, and in-game, went to downloadable content.
I logged in, and went to redeem code.
It brought up a web page to enter the DLC codes I received in an e-mail from Impulse.
I entered them, and the website accepted them.  But when I got back in-game, on downloadable
content, no extra content is there...What exactly do I need to do to get the DLC content from Impulse?
