Is there a Dragon Age 2 GOTY edition or something for the XBOX360?

I'm almost done my run of DA:O but have a few DLC's + run throughs to complete before playing DA2. I bought the Ultimate Edition which included the most content for the least amount of money. I've searched for something similar to DA2, and closest thing I can find is DA2: Signature Edition (which includes one DLC + some items).

Is there a better option?

Edit: And while you may have your opinion regarding the story or content, let's just stay on topic and not try to hijack the thread.

No. They won't make an Ultimate Edition because retailers don't think it will sell and are not interested.

I was holding off for DA2 UE. I've heard this "No UE due to retailers" thing. Haven't found a link to more info yet. I don't see why they wouldn't put out an UE a few months before DA3 hits, but ME2 was a huge hit yet it, as far as I know, has no UE. ME had a GotY with most if not all the dlc for the 360.

I'm sure the PSN will have an "ultimate edition." They've started doing that for a few games. Buy the game and available dlc for a discount. Otherwise, we'll have to catch it on sale.

I am disappointed in this... Oh well, off to buy the Signature Edition then!

We have no plans for an Ultimate Edition at this time

You can get DA2 quite cheap now. Based on all the evidence and statements from Bioware themselves, there isn't going to be an Ultimate Edition, so now is a good time as any to buy the game if you've been holding off and waiting for a UE.

Wait long enough and there will be something. :P Like there's bound to be a Mass Effect Trilogy down the road if Sheperd's story is really over. Bound to be a Dragon Age one too depending on how future releases go.

Still, yeah. DAO:UE is down to 20 bucks. DA2 can't be too much more than that. Then can just buy what DLC you want.

I got the UE of DA:O for $15 new at Walmart. If it was around that price I'd pick it up in a heart beat. I didn't like DA2 much, but that would be a steal considering how much the DLC goes for on it's own.

Yeah, Laidlaw also said there would be no Ultimate Edition of DA2.

I recently saw DA Awakening for $40 and DA2 next to it for $19.99. It was brutal but it also made sense, at least to me. It is a shame though, I would still buy a UE of DA2.

Awakening only cost $20 on xbox live.

LOLS I can get Awakening for £5 (New) on Amazon.uk and Origins for £12 (New) too. The UE is £18 (New).

Dragon Age 2 is £12 new.

Seems things are cheaper over here in the UK.

Amazon UK Dragon Age.

Did I ever tell anyone how I picked the complete NWN1 saga up on Amazon.co.uk for 1p brand new? Best buy I have ever made.

Nothing says "success!" about a game like retailers telling you not to put out an ultimate edition with the added benefit of bonus material for free... because it won't sell.

They could at least lower the price of the DLC. Both DLC being 10 bucks each seems silly when the the full game sells for $20 on Origins and $8 on Amazon.

What I especially find ridiculous, is after quite a few years under Origins belt, the PSN has Awakening for $40! Honestly, they expect us to pay that much for DLC? Gamestop is usually a rip-off, but for Origins they have a collection of the game and every single DLC for about $14. As for Dragon Age 2, the game is still fairly new, therefore the DLC won't drop for awhile-- or sadly-- if at all. What's super disappointing about DLC, is, unlike games, that if it completely sucks, you can't return it. Sure, you get fairly nice items /sometimes/, but otherwise it's ridiculous to pay almost game price height for an add-on. But on the subject of the GoTY edition.. There deeeeefinitely won't be one. Almost everyone I've talked to, hates Dragon Age II in ridiculous amounts. I wish there was, though.
