Hey I was saving up for a PSP and i brought it in lobby then the game got stuck...I was unable to do anything as there was a please wait sign so I closed the game and logged back on.Then I saw my credit were gone from buying the spectre pack I have checked every item/class I have and i have not got anything new by the looks of things.What can I do ?
Is there a contact number or email?
Or some thing a bit like a ticket ?
Premium spectre packs may not be alot to people but to me every pack counts towards my Harrier.
Lost a Premium spectre pack.

Never purchase in the lobby unless you or a friend is hosting. If the host drops, just as you open your new SP/PSP, you might see your goodies flash... Then host drops, screen changes, your credits are gone and no new equipment.
Terrible implementation of the store, and it is still glitchy as all gets out. I have lost paid-for-with-real-money packs in this way and others.... If you make a report, Bioware should address this for you - I was credited back my money the time I had energy to complain. With all the other disappointments, I now simply shrug it off as another unsurprising instance of lame, and I go make new credits with a play run.
2 Lessons learned:
1) never pay any real money for any cyber-only piece of gear. I don't need my Paladin X to pwnage 4everzzzz.
2) never buy stuff in the lobby... Only from your character screen.
