Yes, because a weak literary trope is so much better to fall back on.

I'm not arguing this any further. Everyone in these forums uses this wiki as a reliable source of information, so if you want to act obtuse and ignore it's up you, anyone will tell you this is a reliable source.

The wiki is only reliable if it's source is.

very true Jamie.. very true...

So you admit it's correct, therefore we can continue with our conversation?

I did not say it was correct, stop putting words in my mouth, all Im saying is its only as reliable as the person who put it there, who in this case is not very reliable as it completely goes against what is said in Priority: Earth.

seriously, go back and play Priority earth, then you will no im correct, unless you are one of these people who never play, in which case go to forums for a game you actually play

I was asking, not confirming it.

It's the reliable source of 99% of people here, most people get their information from here, and now that you've been proven to be wrong, you want to ignore the best reliable source for ME by  just saying "it's not" Sorry, but that irritates me, we could be continuing our conversation, but now we have to wait for a BW employee.

It's simple. If the universe actually had a brain in ME (as in not being written by the same minds who came up with "A new DNA" or "This isn't about tactics" or "We fight or we die") we could've beat them conventionally considering how much things were skewed for our cycle.

However, this is not the case and we had to rely on an incredibly convenient plot device that later reveals a DEM in the last 10 minutes that changes the entire franchise's antagonist, protagonist, and conflict.

Fan-bloody-tastic.

The Godhead of the universe dreamt of the Crucible and hordes of invincible machines, and sadly Shepard was unable to achieve CHIM, and understand his place as a part of the Godhead.

just because a handfull of people are reliant on it does not make it accurate, and I have not been proven wrong because you are using a fan-run website as your proof, and my proof comes directly from the game.

Not a handful, ask anyone, better yet, make a poll to ask if the Wiki it's the most realible source, and yes a fan-run website is my proof, It's undoubtedly the best source. And your proof is in-game?, where?

The road going down that hill was paved when Ensign Noname uttered the line "Picking up something on the long-range scanner. Unidentified vessel. Hmm, looks like a cruiser." back on the SR-1.

anyways Khajiit, I am done arguing with you, you either know you are wrong and arguing for sake of arguing, or you are some kid who honestly thinks because someone uses a website to get information that is automatically makes that information factual (which it does not)

so, Good Day Sir,

I actually tried to take it seriously telling myself "This will somehow end well, BW won't disappoint me"

I have no reason to be think I'm wrong. And again you keep implying that it's just some website, when it's the best reliable source about anything Mass Effect related. Obviously it doesn't make it 100% percent factual, but it's better than your providing which is just shouting "Your wrong!" over and over.

Good day Madam or sir (Don't know)
I sent Michael a tweet, if he responds I'll let you know.

Honestly, whoever is right, it can still be argued because it wouldn't be the first time that BW doesn't know it's own game.
And no, for anyone who thinks I'm writing this because I myself think I'm wrong is incorrect, I'm  just stating facts, Like how Jess said that EDI wasn't made out of Reaper tech.

im not just saying "your wrong", ive provided the scene for you to go play, its only refered to as a Hades Cannon. and it may look slightly like a reaper, but no more then those Reaper artifacts you recover on the N7 mission.

It sounds to me that the notion of "Hades Cannon = Destroyer with a big gun" is little more than a brain bug. Somebody at some point noticed that the two vehicles share a similar chassis, and therefore concluded that a Hades Cannon is a special type of Reaper, despite no dialogue or Codex entries from the game itself to suggest this is true. That same somebody decided to contribute the wiki. This misconception has unfortunately crept into the collective consciousness of ME fans, and that's the way the cookie crumbles.
