Was wondering if it would be possible to create app that would added new lines into TLK file. Maybe a NWNCX plugin that would read them from txt file - checked whether the line exists and if not added it before the nwn client would be started.

I find it very annoying to always publish to my testers new version my custom tlk fiĺe that has quite big size and thus must be comprimed with 7z. It keeps me from making changes that would require TLK lines often.

You can use rsync for these purposes.
Also, nwn-lib has classes for TLK manipulation.
