I'm about done arguing against rubbish. I don't even count the cerberus base as saving my life, since I have a spacesuit. Vacuum won't kill me. Legion went far more than saving my life. He also prevented the heretic geth from infecting all geth to join the Reapers. He also allowed me to get into the cerberus base, and he got me into a geth virtual reality. He has done much more than EDI. He is much better at hacking and he has 10x the personality.

To sum it up: Your argument is entirely based on overanalyzing a gameplay mechanic, you used insane troll logic on the first page of the thread, you continue to post even after giving up, most of your arguments are nonsensical, baseless and/or laughable, and now you're obviously baiting me.
The only thing missing is a contradiction but I'm sure there must already be one somewhere in this thread.

Bolded the bit i think is sort of wrong. It's not so muh that EDI wants to be HUMAN, as that she wants to be BETTER. With the right encouragement she grows, thinks and develops into an amazingly well rounded, loving and altruistic being, willing to lay down her life for the greater good, and totally dedicated to the cause and to her crew, friends and loved ones.

Sure she has the ability to lie, and betray, but no more or less than any other person onboard the Normandy, and the fact she happens to be a space ship is irrelevant to that.

Of course you paragons would have let her self-determine. lolz. Basically she asks Shepard to guide her through her development and how to make moral decisions, and she will behave accordingly. Granted she does have a twisted sense of humor, no doubt gathered from some of Jokers material. But then is it any worse than this right after Thessia from Joker who knows that Shepard and Liara are partnered.

Considering the fact that Shepard basically raised EDI, if she's not trustworthy its his own damn fault.

To answer the question, I trust her 100%, if EDI had ever wanted to screw you the whole crew would be dead and there's nothing you could have done about it.
