Hi I am about to take back earth and on the final mission where you have to hold the missiles. The first playthrough I used James and Ashley because were alliance and I was a soldier that time. This time I played as a inflitrator and who should I take with me?

Does not really matter, you can take whoever you want. I took Garrus and Liara for a reason I can no longer remember. If you are looking for squadmates to set up and detonate combos, then most squadmates will do, the best probably being Tali (Energy Drain), Garrus (Overload, Concussive Shot), and Ashley (Concussive Shot, Inferno Grenade). But I have no idea what your build is or how you built your squadmates.

No diffrence, i won this mission on every difficulty with Garrus and Liara

If you have a LI, you should bring him/her I think if they are in your crew. I always chosed between these : Garrus, Liara and Tali.Simply because those three was with me since ME1 and it just feels right having them with me to the end. Strangely enough I've never brought Ash/kaidan to that mish.

I brought Tali and Garrus.
Tali was my LI, and honestly, those two were with me longer than anyone else.

as an infiltrator against reapers? Javik and Liara (If you have Javik), since singularity and lift grenades are good, plus warp ammo against the banshees.

Also good options Vega + Javik (grenade city), but you lose your biotic combos unless Javik self detonates.

Garrus + Vega also works, but it is kinda meh.

EDI + Tali for the decoy run (Decoy + Defense Drone) to keep them off you, plus tech detonations.
