I preferred FemShep, but I won't hate on Sheploo. If you are going to do another playthrough as Femshep, then start from ME1 and go all the way through.

Zaeed? Never.

Hilarious though.

I finished the game with the extended cut last week, since then I have been thinking about a replay. Now I would like some honest opionins out there, would it be worth the replay as femshep?

Only if you didn't romance Jacob!

THE PRIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIZE!

(Seriously, if there was ever a need for a Renegade-shoot-in-kneecap interrupt...)

I know Hale's VO wasn't "real" enough for some people, but it was fun. I enjoyed it thoroughly. You'll definitely want to do more renegade interrupts.

Renegade femShep is a joke.

My canon ME universe stars a female shepard that is based on my wife. I headcannon that Udina gives shepard a hard time because he is a huge sexist pig. that's why he got shot in the face. Also, I thought the Kaiden/femshep romance was very well done.

It's the same story/gameplay.

Do you like Hale's Shepard enough to listen to her for 30+ hours?

I don't.

This.

Every time Hale's Shepard speaks I want Zaeed to renegade interrupt with, "Somebody shut this b--tch up!"

Wow nice sexism right there!! love it!!

a lot of dialouges are different as femshep, and its interesting to play from a different perspective

also Hale is an excellent VA

Yes, you should play as femshep. On the contrary to most others, I prefer a full paragon femshep. Hale is an amazing voice actor and I don't understand the hate her Shepard gets by some people. I guess they just can't stand the thought of a powerful heroine. Femshep has a lot of emotion, concern, and power in her voice. To me, she seems more like like a real person compared to Broshep. Also, the Kaidan relationship with her is done very well.

Depends on the game. The Shepards are affected pretty heavily by how they emote, so the different gendered Shepards are pretty much different people. However in ME3 femShep may seem a little forced and mechanical in comparison to BroShep (whereas in ME it was the other way around - broShep was deadpan).

No, that is actually one of Zaeed's lines in the game.

I do find Hale's voice acting slightly annoying, but that is related to her oveacting and not her sex.

You wouldn't want Zaaed to say "shut this b**tch up" if it was a guy because it's an insult used primarily towards women. so uhm yeah no still sexist

i very much dislike hales VA. i tried her in ME1 since i played the hell out of male shep and everyone said hale rocks so i tried it out.

i didnt like it. she sounds like a butch lesbian trying to hard to be a space marine tough girl. im just nto a fan.

meer is my kind of voice actor. ...and the guy from uncharted.

Interesting, I actually have grown accustom to playing as a paragon, before I always played renegade but paragon just has this charm to it haha. I am going to give it a shot, thanks for your responses.

I couldn't care less about Zaeed, left him somewhere around the trash recycling thing in ME2 in some save files that never made it to ME3. Nice V/O, but I'd rather watch Snatch instead. So I'm not the Zaeed lines expert.
But indirectly naming femShep "b---tch" because of Hale's voice? That may be a little extreme. When I hear Meer, I'm very much more cold-blooded, let's just say I feel he's reading Yellow Pages all the time. I hear he's much better in ME3, but never tried it. ShepLoo ghastly appearance doesn't help either - but then, I'm apparently one of the few people who think he actually looks like a freaking alien.

Now, the "b--itch" word, I could use it, but rather about say... Allers, but that's subjective, I guess. Maybe because of my gender.

I think it depends totally on you and your preferences. I've been playing with FemShep mostly and started a BroShep playthrough before ME3 came out. So far I've been able to play through the first two games but haven't made it to ME3. It has been an ok playthrough with a few memorable moments, but nothing compared to my FemShep playthroughs. Renegade FemShep will always be the one and only true Shepard for me personally.

The female Shep is better, Hale simply has a far wider range.

In fact I consider her, along with Ash Sroka, to be the best female VA in gaming history.

Nah, aside from gender nothing has changed. Same weird endings, same sad story.
