Ok so twice now I've purchased points to buy multiplayer packs and twice my connection to EAs servers drops out when it's trying to process the pack. Oh sure the points purchase fine and the debit of those points from my balance for the pack I NEVER receive is taken just fine, I just don't receive the MP pack.
Someone please help, I'm sick of throwing money away.

Are you actually losing the items though? I only ask because i've had it happen a few itmes where I lost connection while making the purchase but the items still appear I just have to look for what was new. For example after lossing a connection during a purchase I went back on to find a few new characters and other classes leved up.
Still I agree EA needs to step up their game with these servers, it's not really acceptable.

I have no way of telling. I hadn't considered I would've got the items, the purchase never appeared to have completed, only the deduction of the points I had remaining. Any way to know after the fact?

I usally had the 'New' icon flashing. So I could tell if I had a new character or weapon etc

It just happened to me. I checked my itens and didn't get anything new.
