It is emotionally manipulative. Look at her response if the Quarians are killed. There is a clear bias involved.

CLEAR.

The Quarians killed themselves BY NOT LISTENING TO THE STOP FIRING ORDER. THat's not Shep's fault.

That and she actually does tell Joker to vent any rage about the situation on her. So...what bias? At least she doesn't rub in the "they made their civilian targets." bit in if you side with the Geth (despite it still being true).

EDI reacts like that because you didn't so much as try to save the Geth.

Whereas if you choose the Geth, the Normandy Crew recognises that you at least tried to save the Quarians.

It was relevant. :(

The sudden introduction, and lack of critical opinion is manipulative, especially when it is presented at the eleventh hour.

Not only manipulative, but bad as well.

THE WRITING. PAY ATTENTION.

CLEAR.

That's countered by the fact that even the quarian cavilians did not want this war but was forced in it by their admerals.

It's too bad my FemShepard couldn't get her homeboy Javik to throw EDI out the airlock.

hmm may have got lost in the pyramid. well either way edi doesn't have to trust my shep. i trusted her but when it came to choosing between geth or quarians(which fyi i choose peace) i would choose the quarians because of the fact they have innocent children and civilians. not because machine or organic

but i defended edi every time through me2 and me3, my point is though that she seems more pissed or whatever at the fact that i choose the quarians instead of a synthetic race, like the only reason i didn't choose the geth is because they were synthetic, but that is not the case, it is like no matter what race it was or reasons, she would prefer the geth survive even if they were the aggressors, that is just how she came off to me

The problem is you failed to see that the geth are innocent as well. Just as innocent as the families being force in this war.

i never said i didn't see the geth as innocent. "when you assume you make an ass out of you and me" so stop it

i however see the quarians as innocents also, and will not, for the 5th or so time. condemn them to death just because of a few admirals. the geth can be rebuilt, whereas the quarians will be gone forever. i will not do that,

i see them both as innocents though, most of the quarians were forced into the war, and the geth were too but they all agreed on joining the reapers, so that there was a threat, and in me3 you are at war with the reapers, so when the geth joined the reapers, knowing damn well they would be used as tools to fight other races, not just the quarians, i would choose the quarians. If shep didn't show up and the geth destroyed the quarians, they would've moved on to other races because the reapers tell them to

My Shep apologized to Legion; Tali apologized to Legion. We all knew it was one or the other; if EDI wasn't intelligent enough to see that, then that's her own problem.

...Rannoch really didn't improve my views of Quarian intelligence. At all.

If anything during a Reaper invasion would be a good time to ask the Geth for aid. If they refuse? Fine go to war like morons but at least ask first. They know Tali has interaction with the Geth and if you brought Legion aboard they know there's a non-hostile geth. Send Geth sympathizers to Rannoch and see if anything can't be worked out. Have a test run.

Nope. Can't do that. Instead KILL THEM ALL! EVEN IF WE HAVE TO THROW GUNS ON OUR KIDS BUSES AND MAKE THEM TARGETS!

Darwin Award material.

By the end of it, none of the races looked very good. Even the near-perfect Asari got caught with their pants down for once. Well, apparently that happens a lot but...

Honestly I would've done the same.

It's too bad my dude Shep can't avoid that stupid rock scene and trying to save her if she decides to jump off the cliff unless he kills Tali off.

And he's always :( at the Quarians deaths.

Shep should be allowed to be callous. Blows that he can't be.

Every single choice in the game has a clear bias in the writing IMO. It's obvious that the game usually wants you to pick a certain option.

Simply fixed. Ignore the bias and make up your own mind.

She understand this. The point is that you can't see that you being biesed on the quality of life between an organic and a synthetic.

Hilariously enough the race that looks the best ends up being the Krogan.

THE KROGAN.

Council races need to get their damn act together.

Yup. It's bias if you side with only the geth OR the quarians. The game clearly wants you to make peace.

Obviously a completely made up figure but I'd bet around 98% of people would do what the Geth did in their position.

Look i make peace between the quarians and the geth and i still choose destroy the reapers have to die doesn't matter who get sacrificed if destroy sacrificed humanity i would still choose it the reapers have to die now not later not in the next cycle now''The line most be drawn here not further'' as the good picard would say.

the dmg they would do if joining the reapers, and the fact they would be made into slaves. probably a better idea to call up shep and say these ****** quarians are starting sh*t, can you come drop a paragon on their asses?

Good thing the Geth can be repaired in Destroy.

THAT is in game.

They won't be as complete, but it isn't a complete loss.

Still awful though.
