One blast from an ISD would annihilate a reaper. Not to mention that they have Dark Troopers and walkers to use on the ground.

I'd bring in the Guardians of the Galaxy, just to see Rocket Raccoon's reaction.
But yeah, Doctor Who (probably the 11th or the 9th) or the Imperium of Man. As much as I hate him Marneus Calgar would probably understand that not being able to defeat the Reapers conventionally doesn't mean they can't be beaten un-conventionally.
Rocket Racoon bluffed Thanos... to his face. He would look at the Reapers and laugh..
but thought of seeing a talking Racoon laugh in Soveriegn face... this has to happen

He would talk the Starchild into self-destructing himself and all his Reaper minions just like this.
Ironically enough, NOMAD (the robot in the video) would easily be wiping out Reaper fleets.

Babylon 5. Those characters were pretty good at calling nonsensical space overlords on their sh*t.
Looks like the dingbat twins did see the series before writing ME3 plot. They just didn't get the point.

45 minutes, to an hour and a half after the Reapers had invaded Earth, he'd be on the Citadel laughing at what an idiot the Catalyst was while doing something insanely clever to wipe the Reapers off the face of the galaxy, all with nothing but a fancy screwdriver and a plan made up on the fly.
The entire concept of inevitable conflict, an apex of evolution, or an unbeatable foe falls flat on its face when there's a Time Lord about.

Ground forces though. Would have to be the Adaptus Astarties. Dreadnought Vs Brute. Now that's a fight I'd pay to see.

If that doesn't work.
Space:
Gundams and all their main ships and the super weapons (Colonie lasers, Genesis, ...)
Earth ships from Stargate (with Asgard upgrades)
Primus (just to be sure)
ground forces:
Gundams
Zerg
And if that doesn't work we can always just call the Dune universe. Humans + Thinking Machines together, the Reapers don't stand a chance. (After the last book offcourse) They can just send in a few hunderd Heighliners (20 km long) and a few hunderd No Ships (invisible to everything) loaded with troops and Obliterators and a Thinking Machine fleet. For good Measure they can also bring some Sandworms. I'm sure there won't be an atom of the reapers left. They also have nice shield. Only don't use a lasgun at their shields.
