The Doctor.
45 minutes, to an hour and a half after the Reapers had invaded Earth, he'd be on the Citadel laughing at what an idiot the Catalyst was while doing something insanely clever to wipe the Reapers off the face of the galaxy, all with nothing but a fancy screwdriver and a plan made up on the fly.
The entire concept of inevitable conflict, an apex of evolution, or an unbeatable foe falls flat on its face when there's a Time Lord about.

I would just invited the Autobots. I'm sure Optimus would be able to prove starbrat wrong. We just have to keep any Decepticon away.
If that doesn't work.
Space:
Gundams and all their main ships and the super weapons (Colonie lasers, Genesis, ...)
Earth ships from Stargate (with Asgard upgrades)
Primus (just to be sure)
ground forces:
Gundams
Zerg
And if that doesn't work we can always just call the Dune universe. Humans + Thinking Machines together, the Reapers don't stand a chance. (After the last book offcourse) They can just send in a few hunderd Heighliners (20 km long) and a few hunderd No Ships (invisible to everything) loaded with troops and Obliterators and a Thinking Machine fleet. For good Measure they can also bring some Sandworms. I'm sure there won't be an atom of the reapers left. They also have nice shield. Only don't use a lasgun at their shields.
You won't have to keep a Decepitcon away... Megatron would not take to kindly to Sovereign or Harbinger thinking they are his better.... this is Megatron after all.
30 plus years of Gundam v Reapers...
Oh man I laugh at thinking how bad the Gundams would route the Reapers ... its not even funny.
Hopefully if all goes as planned Primus does not even have to step on to the field.

Jar Jar Binks. Come on, who doesn't want to see him impaled on dragon's teeth and turned into a husk so you can then stamp on his head?
Nah. Jar Jar would trip over a power conduit in the Citadel, knocking some wires loose and causing a power short that feeds into the Starchild's energy matrix. The resulting feedback absolutely fries the Starchild (Jar Jar gets a minor burn) and the Reapers just automatically shut down.
Jar Jar would save the galaxy.

The Daleks and cybermen wouldn't be too much help. The Daleks wouldn't compromise and would kill everything, and the cybermen may try to forge an allience with the reapers. Same with the borg from the Star Trek universe, they may wish to form an allience, which wouldn't be very good for us.
Gordon Freeman, although seemingly a good choice, I don't think he'd be much help. I mean, if you had a solution to kill the Reapers, then you could send him off with a crowbar to kill them, but he won't be very good otherwise. You'd need the other scientists like Dr Kleiner to think of a solution.
It's not really sci-fi, but if you bring the Discworld universe into it, then you'll have Death, the History monks and other people to help out.
I can't help thinking though, that unless you have giant/powerful spaceship things, then it'll be hard to stop the Reapers (without using the catalyst). A lot of people would be good on the ground, but you do need people like the Doctor, with powerful spaceships, unless you have an unconventional way of defeating them.

yes I know my nerd is showing but just roll with me here..
Unless the Evangelions have the S2 engine installed... they need to be hooked up via power cable or they are useless after 2 minutes.

The galaxy would be effed, but it is anyway. The throw down would still be entertaining to watch.
